Being a soccer team manager means being the keeper of lots of information like player registrations, league rules, schedules, scores, receipts, etc. It’s important to keep this information organized and at your fingertips.  There are many ways to manage all this info, but I prefer a good old fashioned three-ring binder with pockets.  I keep a paper puncher on my desk.


What’s important is not how you organize, but that you do it.  Take the time to put a system in place and use it.  There’s nothing worse than needing a parent phone number and not being able to find it OR not being able to look up the location of the next soccer game when a parent asks during half-time. Organize your soccer information and keep it handy.
